The App Library is a feature introduced in iOS 14 for the iPhone and iPadOS 15 for the iPad that allows the user to find and search for apps organized by category.
Usage
Swipe left past the last page of the home screen to access the App library. Apps in each category are organized by frequency of use. Use the search field to look for an app. Tap and hold an app icon to share or delete it.
