Horizon Chase 2 is an arcade-style racing video game that was developed and published by Aquiris Game Studio for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS, as well as Windows. It is a sequel to Horizon Chase.
Releases
Horizon Chase 2 was announced by Apple on August 30, 2022 and was launched as a mobile exclusive through Apple Arcade on the following September 9th.[1][2] The music is by Top Gear game composer Barry Leitch.[3] Versions for the Nintendo Switch and Windows were released on September 14, 2023. Versions for the PlayStation 4 and 5 were released on May 30, 2024.[4] It can be played with up to four local players with split-screen gameplay on Mac and Apple TV.[5]
System requirements
As of August 2024, the minimum requirements for access through Apple Arcade are:
- iOS 13.5 or later
- iPadOS 13.5 or later
- macOS 11.0 or later
- tvOS 13.4 or later
- 1st generation Apple TV 4K supports a maximum of two local players.[6]
- Apple TV HD supports only one local player[7]
- visionOS 1.0 or later
