iReview was a website review aggregation service that was operated by Apple Computer

History

iReview was introduced by Steve Jobs as part of iTools on January 5, 2000 during the keynote event at Macworld Expo in San Francisco.[1] It launched with over 250 reviewed and rated sites, which grew to over 700 by 2001. Users could add reviews to existing entries for websites, but only administrators at Apple could create new entries. iReview was retired in February 2001 due to lack of interest.[2][3]
