LiveType is a title animation utility that was included with the early releases of Final Cut Studio from Apple.[1]
History
Creating Animated Text in LiveType in Final Cut
The software originated as India Special Effects Titler Pro from Prismo Graphics with a user interface that resembled Adobe After Effects.[2][3] It was acquired by Apple Computer and bundled with Final Cut Pro HD in 2003. However, its functionality was largely superseded by Motion and it was no longer included as part of Final Cut Studio 3 in 2009.[4][5]
