Retroactive is an open source utility created by Tyshawn Cormier to allow discontinued Apple software to run on later versions of macOS that are normally unsupported.[1]
Compatibility modifications
- Aperture, iPhoto, and iTunes support on macOS Catalina (10.15) and Big Sur (11).
- Xcode 11.7 support on macOS Mojave (10.14).
- Final Cut Pro 7, Logic Pro 9, and iWork '09 support on macOS High Sierra (10.13) and Mojave (10.14).[2]
