Angry Birds, also marketed as AB Classic, is a puzzle video game for iOS, iPadOS, Mac OS X, and some PC platforms. It was developed by Rovio Entertainment and released on December 11, 2009 by Chillingo, which had also done some integration for iPhone and iPad. After Chillingo was acquired by Electronic Arts in 2010, the game has been self-published through Rovio Mobile.[1] By the end of 2010, over 50 million copies of the game have been purchased from Apple's App Store, with over 1 billion downloads on all platforms to date, such as Android and iOS.[2] Its ESRB rating is E for Everyone, and its Apple rating is 4+.
Gameplay
The aim of the game is to fling the birds at the pigs (by pulling the birds back in the slingshot and letting them go) and hit them to unlock new levels, golden eggs, and mighty eagles. A secret is that if you tap the birds while they are in the air they will reveal a special powers. (An example of this would be if you tap the blue bird, it will turn into 3 blue birds. This can be very useful.
