GRIS, sometimes stylized as Gris, is an adventure platformer video game that was developed by Nomada Studio and released by Devolver Digital for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, as well as Android and Windows.
Releases
The game was originally released for macOS, Nintendo Switch, and Windows on December 13, 2018, followed by an iOS version for iPhones and iPads on August 9, 2019.[1][2]
Apple Arcade version
A variant for Apple Arcade was announced on August 30, 2022 and added support for tvOS. It was released on September 30, 2022 under the title GRIS+.[3][4]
On August 7, 2025, Apple Arcade identified GRIS+ among three games that would be "Leaving Soon".[5] It was removed on the following August 21st.[6]
System requirements
As of August 2025, the minimum requirements are:
- iOS 10.0 or later (13.0 for Apple Arcade)
- iPadOS 13.0 or later (for Apple Arcade)
- Mac OS X 10.9.0 (Mavericks) or later (11.0 for Apple Arcade)
tvOS 13.0 or later (for Apple Arcade)visionOS 1.0 or later (for Apple Arcade)
