Information overload is a situation where a person feels unable to absorb all the information that is made available to them.

Description

Information overload is a potential problem when a user needs to make a timely decision based on the information that is presented, but is unable to do so because there is too much to process within the time that is available.[1] Curating information has become a growing issue in social media, especially through platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.[2]
